IMMEDIATELY AFTER

Following the procedure, tattoo aftercare cream is to be applied. The brows must be covered in tattoo aftercare cream for 7-10 days. You should keep brows fully covered and moist with tattoo aftercare cream applied with a clean Q-tip.

 

SWELLING

Swelling is normal after Nano Brows. You can use soft gel ice packs if needed (only refrigerate packs) in a plastic bag to protect brows. They can appear 30% bigger for the first few days due to swelling.

FLAKING AND CRUSTING

It can occur as the skin starts the natural healing process. Do not to pick or peel any flakes as this can cause loss of implanted pigment and scarring. You should refrain from touching brow areas except when applying tattoo aftercare cream. Some pigments may rub off and not use good linens and towels during this period.

WASHING YOUR FACE

When washing your face refrain from using soaps and creams on the tattooed areas for 10 days.
Apply tattoo aftercare cream prior to shower/bathing and avoid putting your face directly into the shower headstream. Avoid pools, hot tubs, and saunas for 7-10 days. Do not to use any skin creams or products containing Retin-A or AHA directly on brows, this could cause the tattoo to fade. Do not apply sunscreen for 4 days after. Sunscreen should always be applied over tattoos after this time.

 

THE COLOUR

Immediately after the brows will appear very sharp and dark but will soften and fade considerably as the healing process concludes. The colour will start to set in between 3-4 weeks as the healing process concludes.
